We are at a critical time in our Town’s history, facing unprecedented growth, development, and infrastructure pressures. We need skilled and experienced people like June to make sure residents’ voices are heard at the Council table. June asks an important question - will the Council decision move us towards resilience and sustainability, if not, why would Council say ‘yes’?  She will also bring a strong and needed fiscally responsible lens.

She has been a voice in open houses, public meetings, council deputations and most recently an OLT hearing, advocating for preservation of our town's character and over 800 trees.  June as also advocated for the need for long-overdue infrastructure to be addressed – all of which are foundational to our Official Plan review and Integrated Community Sustainable Plan for a resilient and sustainable community.
